World Mental Health Day 2019
Today is World Mental Health Day which is focused on raising awareness of mental health issues and advocate against social stigma.
As a Professional Organiser I am often asked how clutter affects our minds and the positive benefits of Decluttering.
I wanted to share with you some of the ways that visible clutter or chaotic storage cupboards in your home or workspace bombards your mind with excessive messages.
⭐️Clutter distracts us by drawing our attention away from where our focus should be.
⭐️Clutter makes it more difficult to relax, both physically and mentally.
⭐️Clutter creates feelings if guilt and shame
⭐️Clutter frustrates us by preventing us from locating what we need.
⭐️Managing clutter takes more time and costs more.
