I Have So Much Stuff. Where Do I Start Organising?

Getting Started

Feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start is one of the biggest barriers to starting to organise your space. It is completely normal to feel this way when you focus on everything that needs to be done.

Step by Step

During a client consultation I take time to listen to my client’s story. It is so important for me to understand the ‘why’ they are where they are now and their organisational goals for the future. From this consultation I have a much better understanding of the way that they live and their main organisational challenges so that I can create a step by step action plan. This breaks the organisational journey down into manageable stages.

I then support a client both practically and emotionally to achieve their goals. Working with a Professional Organiser takes away the OVERWHELMED feeling of not knowing where to start or in which order to organise. Instead you can focus on organising each space and setting up effectively systems to simplify your home organisation.

If organising independently I recommend that my clients start by auditing each space to better understand how they use each space, what is stored in each space and any changes they would like to make.

If you would like to start your home organisation but are finding it difficult to decide where to start I’d love to hear from you.
