Gift cards and vouchers make fabulous gifts at Christmas, birthdays or as a simple thank you.
Whilst I am decluttering and organising with a client, we often find vouchers stored in various places throughout their home. We also often find vouchers that have already expired, which is a shame?

By setting up a simple system to manage your gift cards and vouchers you will:

Blissfully Organised 5 Easy Steps to Manage Your Cards
❤️AUDIT – Collate all your cards, vouchers and coupons from various storage places in your home. Categorise the vouchers by type i.e. food/drink, clothes, entertainment, books etc
❤️STORAGE ZONE – identify a place to store your cards which can be accessed easily
❤️FILING SYSTEM – this will depend on how many cards that you have. If you only have a few a simple clear plastic wallet will work well. However, if you have a lot of cards, I recommend a business card organiser. You can also use Apps such as Gyft, if you prefer to be digital.
❤️REVIEW – make sure you check your cards before making an online purchase or going on a shopping trip. Checking frequently will also let you know which cards will expire soon.
❤️BOOK NOW – If you have vouchers for a gift experience, I recommend that you book this straight away (even if you don’t use it for several months). Often experiences get booked up quite far ahead of time, as does your diary. You don’t want to miss that special treat.
